What you will do

• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accurate service dates and revenue recognition.
• Manage accounts receivable, including cash application and collections monitoring.
• Resolve account discrepancies and handle customer billing queries via Zendesk.
• Manage the creation and configuration of user accounts and permissions for new clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and customers to address non-payment issues.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits and maintain standard invoicing templates.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounting and Finance with familiarity with GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1); English resume is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience with ticketing software, preferably Zendesk.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
