What you will do
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for instruments, reagents, biological raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and equipment.
- Develop and optimize domestic and international logistics, transportation, distribution, and operational processes.
- Oversee customs compliance, international trade regulations, and regulated-material clearances.
- Control logistics costs while improving on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supply continuity.
- Establish and improve logistics KPIs, performance metrics, and supply chain systems.
- Handle major logistics exceptions, disruptions, risk incidents, and strategic expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, or a related discipline.
- Working English proficiency for business correspondence and document review.
- Strong knowledge of international trade practices and Incoterms.
- Experience with logistics data analysis, cost optimization, and operational process improvement.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems.
- Knowledge of logistics management and international transportation and distribution networks.
Nice to have
- Import/export experience in medical devices, IVD, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences.
- Experience handling biological or regulated materials, including human-derived or animal-origin materials and diagnostic reagents.
- Experience with China Compulsory Certification exemption applications or special customs supervision requirements.
- Experience supporting customs audits, Authorized Economic Operator programs, duty optimization, or trade compliance improvements.
