What you will do

• Handle routing and customs declarations for import, export, bonded transfer, bonded processing, and bonded repair operations.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation, including customs declarations, shipper instructions, export declarations, and import certificates.
• Monitor inventory receiving, shipping, in-transit, cycle-count, and other internal process-control reports.
• Generate operational metrics and KPIs, track exceptions, and maintain accurate logistics information databases.
• Review inventory discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and support internal and external audit requests.
• Develop and implement local process-improvement projects that improve service levels and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in logistics operations, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of customs operations inside bonded zones and applicable local, national, and international customs laws.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with government authority officers and build consensus around sensitive or complex information.
• Ability to work in environments requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in tight or noisy spaces; use of hand and power tools may be required.
