Program Manager Finance - Enterprise Planning & Delivery (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

Location: Hybrid; requires working in the downtown Seattle, Washington office 4 days per week

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual

What you will do

• Manage and deliver enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Create executive-level presentations and reports to support decision-making.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
• Build cross-functional relationships across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while delivering results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and pivot tables.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial literacy, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build cross-functional relationships, and work effectively with ambiguity.

• Finance experience.
• Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
