Program Manager (Hydrogen)

Location: Albany, NY, United States

Salary: $86,400–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage complex global development projects involving enclosure design and manufacturing, common platform architectures, and hydrogen infrastructure.
• Create and maintain project schedules, resource plans, launch scopes, budgets, and product charters.
• Lead product development activities across requirements, technical design, vendors, manufacturing, validation, quality, and release.
• Coordinate engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, service, customers, vendors, and joint ventures.
• Manage scope changes, conflicts, risks, competing priorities, and potential schedule delays.
• Facilitate design reviews and phase gates while reporting KPIs, progress, risks, roadmap targets, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of project management experience in product development.
• Strong communication, project management, organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Technical background and ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization.
• Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Outlook; Smartsheet experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with hydrogen, fuel cells, industrial gas, cryogenic or high-pressure systems, gas processing or dispensing equipment, oil and gas, CNG, LNG, logistics, or material handling.
