Technical Program Manager - NFS (Data Analytics)

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States; hybrid work with in-office presence three days per week for associates living within 30 miles of an office location

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own intake for the Data Solutions and Engineering team, triaging requests and converting them into scoped work items.
• Lead a small team of analysts through daily prioritization, coaching, performance management, and blocker removal.
• Translate business requests into tickets with scope, acceptance criteria, source systems, and definitions of done.
• Maintain the JIRA board, team roadmap, delivery calendar, Confluence structure, runbooks, data dictionaries, and handoff documentation.
• Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-group working sessions while tracking decisions and action items.
• Provide proactive stakeholder updates, coordinate validation and sign-off, and report delivery metrics, data asset status, coverage, and quality risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience in technical program management, delivery management, or technical business analysis supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams.
• Experience managing intake queues and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Hands-on experience administering work in JIRA and documenting in Confluence.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts sufficient to read queries, understand data models conceptually, and scope work with engineers.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMI, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in financial services, lending, loan servicing, or asset management.
• Prior formal or informal experience leading, mentoring, or managing a small team.
