What you will do
- Source technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware within a highly competitive market.
- Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to define hiring objectives and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a high-quality, holistic candidate experience.
- Use creative sourcing methods, including networking, events, and marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing and creative talent attraction.
- Proven success sourcing and recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience working in fast-growing, rapidly scaling startups.
- Ability to work from San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Boston, or remotely within the United States.

- Experience hiring go-to-market roles such as sales and operations.
