Sr. Technical Recruiter (Engineering)

Location: Remote U.S.; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship

Salary: $166K–$195K cash range, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing and engagement through offer negotiation and successful close.
• Partner with senior engineering stakeholders on hiring strategy, role intake, prioritization, and trade-offs.
• Design and calibrate technical candidate assessments with engineering leadership.
• Track funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Represent and evolve hirify.global’s engineering talent brand through a thoughtful, high-signal candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience focused on engineering.
• Strong understanding of backend, frontend, distributed systems, and infrastructure roles.
• Experience partnering with technical hiring managers and translating business needs into hiring strategies.
• Strong sourcing, technical talent market intelligence, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Curiosity, continuous learning, and a growth mindset.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Prior security industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Interest in using AI responsibly to improve recruiting efficiency and impact.
