2027 Summer Internship - Human Resources

Location: Kinston, North Carolina, United States; 100% onsite for the duration of the summer internship

What you will do

• Support HR and People Operations administration, including recruitment, onboarding, paperwork, and employee questions.
• Create and maintain personnel, benefits, and electronic job files.
• Enter and manage data in ADP, SAP, and learning management systems.
• Schedule and track 90-day performance reviews and prepare monthly reports.
• Support service awards, birthday celebrations, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion events.
• Support the Positive Employee Relations team with site expansion and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant college or university degree program.
• A degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kinston, NC for the full internship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google productivity tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
