Senior Client Account Executive (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid work

Salary: $92,400–$172,100 base salary per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Support producers, clients, and account teams with high-level insurance expertise, technical detail, and client service.
• Analyze coverage, recommend client coverage needs, and identify additional lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, clients, and market representatives.
• Conduct direct account marketing in collaboration with producers and the marketing team.
• Provide direction, constructive feedback, development, and training to help maximize team productivity and morale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• At least five years of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• Strong client relationship, communication, organization, and service skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
