VP, Tech Programs & Operations Modernization (AI)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work with required commuting to a nearest virtual or physical Hub for regular in-person meetings, training, and culture events. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise technology and operations transformation programs across Agile Release Trains and multiple workstreams.
• Define program vision, execution strategies, roadmaps, priorities, budgets, forecasts, and financial governance.
• Coordinate technology and business resources, systems integrators, external dependency teams, and third-party partners.
• Manage delivery risks, cross-ART dependencies, sequencing, milestones, reporting, and escalation to senior leadership.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean-Agile and SAFe practices while standardizing delivery processes, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive operations modernization through AI use cases, process and control improvements, and scaled automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 12+ years of technology experience, and 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing information systems.
• 10+ years of program management experience with strong practical expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong understanding of servicing and collections operations, related technologies, and supporting infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across geographies and functions.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of SAFe and experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong servicing and collections business acumen and product knowledge.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and assessing Agile Release Train maturity.
