Senior Manager, Finance AI Acceleration Office

Location: Hybrid position based in hirify.global's Bay Area offices in Foster City, California, or San Francisco, California; in-office days set by the hiring manager. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $153,700–$246,200 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and applicable sales incentives.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for a portfolio of Finance AI products and solutions.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives from opportunity identification and prototyping through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Manage strategic initiatives across Finance functions, including intake, prioritization, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Define KPIs and value-realization frameworks while managing risks, dependencies, resources, and execution plans.
• Build relationships with senior Finance, Technology, Data, and Transformation leaders and communicate AI opportunities to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate strategy workshops, design-thinking sessions, business-case reviews, and cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading AI, generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Strong product ownership experience, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, user stories, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation involving process redesign, technology adoption, and change management.
• Executive presence and experience influencing senior leaders across complex matrixed organizations and multiple functions.
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI product development methodologies.

Nice to have

• 9+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Consulting or Finance Transformation experience.
• Experience in Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash domains.
