Salary: $69,000–$120,000 per year, determined by qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead strategic quantum technology development programs across one or more quantum computing modalities.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependency maps, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, business, and customer activities.
• Drive readiness for development lots, experiments, characterization campaigns, and manufacturing demonstrations.
• Manage program risks, mitigation plans, resource constraints, budgets, capital requirements, and external dependencies.
• Prepare executive dashboards, customer reviews, technical decision reviews, and program status communications.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, product development, or engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of technical program or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs and managing schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and influencing skills, including the ability to align teams without direct authority.
• Support for Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in semiconductor R&D, foundry operations, advanced packaging, cryogenic electronics, or quantum technologies.
• Familiarity with Technology Readiness Levels, NPI methodologies, and manufacturing readiness assessments.
• Experience with customer-funded or government-sponsored development programs and international, multi-site organizations.
• Understanding of superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic, silicon-spin, or topological quantum computing technologies.
