Head of AI-Driven Digital Customer Engagement Management Platform

Location: Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA; hybrid role for US and Puerto Rico residents

Salary: $247,500–$357,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead Project Orion, including the migration from Veeva OneCRM to the new Customer Engagement Management Platform for up to 13,000 users across approximately 45 countries.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including vendor negotiations, platform configuration, ecosystem integration, data migration, governance, financial control, and phased rollout.
• Scale Concierge for Field as the conversational entry point for field representatives, MSLs, KAMs, market access teams, and other customer-facing users.
• Set the product roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities such as pre-call planning, call reporting, objection handling, territory analytics, and access guidance.
• Oversee the AI and agentic layer using Elementum AI, AWS Bedrock, and Tencent ADP, together with data foundations and headless CRM architecture.
• Lead cross-functional governance, responsible AI compliance, change management, adoption, and executive stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital or technology experience, including 5+ years in senior program or product leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce and experience with large-scale enterprise platform implementation.
• Experience with AI orchestration, conversational AI, data foundations, middleware, API or MCP integration architectures, and omnichannel personalization.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year transformation programs, managing global system integrators, and applying Agile and Lean practices at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced scientific, business, engineering, marketing, computer science, or information technology education is beneficial.
• English is required; ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Snowflake, or equivalent platforms.
• Pharmaceutical commercial operations experience, including field force, medical affairs, or market access.
• Experience with AI product development, agentic workflows, personalization, Big Data, or UX initiatives at scale.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s GBU ecosystem and go-to-market model.
