Sr. Manager, AI Solutions Expert—Agent Developer

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance 2 to 3 days per week

Annual base salary: $139,100–$231,900, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction of assigned AI initiatives and align priorities with product, data, engineering, and business teams.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure AI agents, data systems, automation workflows, and APIs.
• Integrate agentic orchestration frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps practices for continuous delivery.
• Oversee documentation, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, monitoring, observability, and proactive issue resolution.
• Partner with Business Translators, UI/UX, and Change Management teams to turn business needs into deployable AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept and hackathon initiatives, and promote responsible AI, ethics, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI, software, or data development.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, vector databases such as Pinecone, embedding models, RAG architecture, and LLM principles.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare technology environments.
• Familiarity with GxP, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations.
• Demonstrated success deploying AI or ML solutions in production environments.
