What you will do

• Define and evolve AI&D operating models, governance, decision rights, delivery standards, and transition-to-scale mechanisms.
• Establish KPIs, operating reviews, capacity planning, resource analytics, and continuous-improvement programs.
• Build partner and vendor operating standards, engagement playbooks, accountability mechanisms, and performance measures.
• Lead enterprise AI literacy, learning roadmaps, role-based development, onboarding, upskilling, and communities of practice.
• Coordinate cross-AI&D transformation initiatives across Product, Data, AI/DS, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, business functions, and external partners.
• Build and lead a globally connected organization across operating excellence, performance, partner operations, and capability development.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 7 years of transformation experience, or master’s degree and 10 years, or bachelor’s degree and 12 years.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology, AI/data, digital transformation, operations, strategy, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise operating models and leading complex, cross-functional transformation.
• Experience leading global teams and influencing senior executives across business and technology organizations.
• Role location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States.
