Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Pattison, Texas, United States; hybrid work with hands-on travel to supply chain centers

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement, productivity, and service enhancement initiatives across regional supply chain centers.
• Apply lean methodologies, problem-solving processes, and data analysis to identify waste and improve operational performance.
• Use Power BI, SQL, SAP, Access, and related systems to improve KPI visibility, data integrity, and decision-making.
• Coach supply chain center leadership teams on new processes, standard work, and operational excellence practices.
• Facilitate strategy deployment, focused improvement events, and implementation of the five-year Supply Chain Services business plan.
• Track performance, communicate results, recommend corrective actions, and support process standardization across sites.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering within a best-in-class operations environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain challenges, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, productivity and cost leverage, project management, and improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, written and verbal communication, team-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, travel to supply chain centers, and work across multiple functions.
