Regional Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, TX, USA; regular travel across U.S. operational locations is required.

What you will do

• Enable leaders and teams to apply Lean and Continuous Improvement principles to operational and business priorities.
• Develop and strengthen a consistent Lean and Continuous Improvement framework across U.S. locations.
• Facilitate cross-functional process improvement, Kaizen events, structured problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Drive alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across the manufacturing network.
• Own selected strategic improvement projects, including objectives, milestones, implementation, and measurable results.
• Support operating model changes, process redesign, adoption of new ways of working, and benefits realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations management, business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, manufacturing engineering, or operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with Kaizen, root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, 5S, value-stream mapping, standardized work, visual management, waste elimination, and process optimization.
• Experience developing or supporting Lean and Continuous Improvement frameworks across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Experience delivering strategic improvement projects and operational transformations with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across U.S. operational locations and work across multiple functions, sites, and organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Power BI, data analytics, Lean management systems, Continuous Improvement tools, or project-management methodologies.
