TL;DR
Procure Systems Manager (Oracle/Procurement): Leading procurement process excellence and implementing lean, Oracle, and analytics improvements across a global manufacturing organization with an accent on procurement systems, continuous improvement, and cross-functional transformation. Focus on developing standardized KPIs and dashboards, improving Oracle procurement processes, training business users, and solving complex operational problems through data.
Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA. Hybrid work is available with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week. Domestic travel of 10–25% is required.

What you will do
- Lead the Process Excellence function within the Procurement Excellence organization.
- Implement Business System tools, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives across global procurement operations.
- Manage, mentor, and train the Process Excellence team.
- Collaborate with Oracle IT teams to improve the global procurement platform and align it with business policies.
- Develop standardized analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and process documentation, and train business users.
- Analyze metrics, systems, and processes to diagnose complex problems and recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or IT.
- 7–10 years of experience in continuous improvement, procurement, materials management, or IT functional analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing, system and process change, lean transformation, and global platform rollouts.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud; other ERP experience may be considered.
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or Domo; SQL or programming experience is desirable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or engineering.
- Prior ERP implementation experience.
