Program Manager, Fleet Readiness & Response (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; hybrid. Travel to operating markets is required 20%–25%, with availability for major incidents outside standard hours.

Base salary: $115,000–$150,000 per year, plus potential RSUs, stock appreciation rights, and sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a centralized team of Readiness and Response Dispatchers providing 24-hour coverage across all operating markets.
• Own vehicle recovery, rider recovery, incident response, dispatch, and oversight programs across existing and new markets.
• Manage third-party towing and rider recovery vendors through service levels, scorecards, escalations, and capacity planning.
• Define and report operational metrics including dispatch times, recovery SLA attainment, damage events, cancellations, and cost per recovery.
• Standardize workflows, escalation matrices, and management-of-change processes for consistent execution across markets.
• Run post-incident retrospectives and coordinate with Mission Control, GSOC, the Fusion Center, Safety, Product, Logistics, Finance, and market leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in live operations such as field operations, logistics, transportation, emergency services, or fleet management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or a related discipline.
• Direct experience hiring, coaching, and managing teams operating on 24/7 shift-based schedules.
• Experience with real-time dispatch, command center, or incident response operations and decision-making during live events.
• Experience building operational processes from scratch, deploying them across multiple sites, and managing vendors against measurable performance standards.
• Ability to work with operational data and tools such as Looker, Databricks, Jira, or equivalent platforms; excellent written communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or another safety-critical operating environment.
• ICS/NIMS training or a public safety, EMS, or emergency dispatch background.
• Experience launching operations in new geographies or planning workforce capacity for shift-based teams.
