Professional Services Subcontractor Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Evaluate, onboard, and enable Professional Services subcontracting partners.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize partner onboarding and management.
• Manage legal and IT onboarding requirements, contracts, vendor relationships, and the partner services catalog.
• Oversee project management standards, delivery methodologies, capacity, performance, and financial metrics.
• Develop subcontracted services offerings and provide delivery support for partner engagements.
• Create documentation, runbooks, workflows, and AI-supported operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, delivery management, partner management, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in partner enablement, program management, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and delivery methodologies.
• Experience tracking customer satisfaction, delivery success metrics, financial performance, and capacity.
• Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, and business skills, including experience using AI technologies to improve workflows and business outcomes.
