Associate Engagement Manager, Partners (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage strategic customer engagements and risks affecting the efficacy of the hirify.global solution.
• Act as the primary contact for consulting, incident reporting, escalations, and customer communications.
• Coordinate technology delivery projects, including schedules, project plans, resources, and task ownership.
• Lead cross-functional teams through customer issues, remediation plans, and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate customer meetings, product-release updates, feedback sessions, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Advocate for customer needs with Solutions, R&D, Product, Engineering, Support, Threat Analyst, and Data Science teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Two years of post-sales account management or program management experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, conflict-management, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation processes and AI optimization.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, ANT Agent, Microsoft Power Automate, Snowflake, Claude, or Copilot is advantageous.
