Senior Manager, Professional Services - EMEA (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end professional services delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for an enterprise segment.
• Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and other delivery KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects, including performance management, career development, succession planning, hiring, and capacity planning.
• Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and operational best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and predictability.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support on strategic opportunities, customer feedback, services packaging, and pricing.
• Ensure measurable customer outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and manage complex or at-risk engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams or professional services operations for a customer segment.
• Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related domain.
• Strong project or program management capabilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Excellent communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholders; must be located in the United Kingdom.
