Strategy & Operations Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Design a trusted company-wide data layer and define how teams use it for decision-making.
• Define methods for measuring organisational ramp and productivity.
• Build repeatable playbooks for initiatives such as product launches.
• Turn ambiguous business challenges into structured plans and drive execution.
• Own OKR and Rocks reporting, support planning cycles, and improve operating rhythms and systems.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, big tech, or a high-growth scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience leading high-priority projects from initial problem definition through practical implementation.
• Adaptable, execution-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to work through operational detail and maintain accountability.
