VP Agile Product Management

Location: Remote or hybrid; preference for candidates residing in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California, Arizona, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia. Travel of up to 15% to the Tukwila headquarters may be required for candidates not based in Seattle.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 target annual pay range; full annual pay range of $200,000–$350,000. Performance-based incentives are also available.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise product management function, including its lifecycle, operating model, governance, tools, controls, and continuous improvement practices.
• Establish consistent product management standards and improve role clarity, product maturity, and execution discipline.
• Build and maintain the enterprise product roadmap in alignment with strategy, portfolio priorities, technology capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Develop product leadership by defining roles, hiring talent, coaching product leaders, and leading a team of product coaches.
• Identify and resolve cross-product dependencies, risks, capacity constraints, tradeoffs, and execution issues.
• Lead the Product Council and advise executive and senior leadership on roadmap progress, execution risks, capacity, and priority changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, product management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience building, deploying, or leading products, plus 10 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of broad product management experience beyond product owner responsibilities, including oversight of multiple scrum or agile teams.
• Experience leading product management practices, operating models, governance forums, or product transformations in a large, complex organization.
• Strong communication, executive presence, facilitation, stakeholder management, and matrix leadership skills.
• Remote or hybrid work with a preference for residence in the listed US states; willingness to travel to the Tukwila headquarters is required in applicable cases.

• Experience in financial services, credit unions, banking, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading a significant product transformation.
• Knowledge of agile delivery, technology capacity planning, portfolio alignment, dependency management, and enterprise execution.
