What you will do

• Provide personalized service and guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting, product education, and pickup.
• Support patient flow and pre-exam screenings for optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, finishing work, and quality checks on eyewear.
• Enter and track orders, prepare completed orders for pickup, and resolve quality or service issues.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient retail and finishing areas.
• Uphold store service, visual, operational, and brand standards while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers, prioritize customer satisfaction, and support shared store goals.
• Some responsibilities may require specific licenses or credentials under applicable state laws.
