Salary: $30.50–$43.00 per hour, plus potential performance-based bonuses and regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do
- Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of economic and community needs.
- Lead customer service and resolve customer issues in accordance with company standards.
- Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign duties to, recognize, and develop Vision Center Associates.
- Ensure quality eyewear services, including product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repair, and optical equipment maintenance.
- Oversee compliance, asset protection, safety, operational reviews, quality assurance, confidentiality, and action plans for improvement.
- Coordinate stakeholder relationships, business initiatives, performance goals, continuous improvement, and community outreach.
Requirements
- Must work at the American Canyon, California Vision Center.
- Complete at least two years of college, or have one year of retail and one year of supervisory experience, or two years of general work experience including one year of optical experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and rules.
- Ability to supervise Associates and maintain company, legal, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
