What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations and drive profit, sales, and performance goals.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate opticians and sales associates while supporting staffing and retention.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure timely same-day service.
• Coordinate with the general manager, district manager, corporate office, and associated doctors.
• Implement promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and store reporting requirements.
• Monitor sales results, staffing needs, and operational progress against goals.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervising experience is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and an understanding of store operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
