Training Specialist-Bilingual (French)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; the work arrangement includes a proportion of onsite and remote work to be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Assess training needs using feedback from project teams, business partners, and branch relationships.
• Create and maintain written, recorded, live, and demonstration-based training materials for private wealth applications.
• Deliver business and technology training to Private Wealth users, frontline sales teams, and head office employees.
• Support application rollouts, attend project meetings, and complete training activities within project plans.
• Manage communication with assigned branches and use learner feedback to improve training delivery and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in adult education, or equivalent experience with adult learning principles and instructional techniques.
• Fluency in both French and English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and presentation skills, including experience with multiple delivery methods.
• Knowledge of learning design and delivery, Waterfall and Agile technology delivery processes.
• Recent retail brokerage experience and an understanding of business context and strategic priorities.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Canadian Securities Course, CPH, or PFP certification.
