Talent Development Partner & Performance Coach (AI)

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: CA$100,000–CA$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide one-to-one performance coaching to a roster of 10–20 employees across departments and seniority levels.
• Coach on leadership, career development, feedback, self-awareness, energy management, interpersonal challenges, and performance behaviours.
• Co-create development goals, plans, resources, and coaching cadence, and track client progress.
• Run triad coaching engagements and team coaching workshops for permanent, project, and cross-functional teams.
• Design, deliver, and measure leadership development, onboarding, enablement, and custom learning programs.
• Use AI for content design, research, synthesis, and analysis while helping employees build practical AI fluency.

Requirements

• Completion of an ICF-recognized coach training program and progress toward at least an Associate Certified Coach designation.
• Experience coaching diverse clients while maintaining high ethical standards and coach-client confidentiality.
• Experience building and delivering leadership development programs and creating custom learning content.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for remote and in-person audiences.
• Fluency with AI tools, comfort with data and program measurement, and experience using a learning management system such as Sana.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment without an established playbook.

Nice to have

• Experience working with software development or engineering audiences.
• Team or relationship coaching credentials, or experience with a team effectiveness model such as the Five Behaviours.
• Experience in a regulated environment or with compliance subject-matter experts.
