Salary: $6,143.67–$8,830.25 CAD monthly

What you will do
- Develop, edit, and produce written, visual, and digital communications supporting research, training, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage digital communication platforms, editorial calendars, content libraries, communication assets, and branded materials.
- Plan and deliver communications for events, workshops, symposiums, training programs, and partner engagement activities.
- Plan, implement, and administer training and talent development initiatives across the immuno-engineering, translational research, clinical, regulatory, and biomanufacturing ecosystem.
- Build collaborative relationships with academic, industry, government, and not-for-profit partners.
- Analyze engagement, participation, program outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements and support reporting.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to translate scientific, technical, and program information into accessible written, visual, and digital communications.
- Experience coordinating communications, programs, events, training sessions, stakeholder activities, or related initiatives.
- Strong organizational, planning, information synthesis, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with website content management systems, social media, and digital communication tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in academic, healthcare, research, government, not-for-profit, biotechnology, life sciences, biomanufacturing, clinical, regulatory, or public health environments.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent graphic design and content creation tools.
- Knowledge of Canada's biomanufacturing, life sciences, translational research, clinical research, regulatory, or health innovation ecosystem.
- Experience supporting grant-funded initiatives, multi-stakeholder collaborations, or research programs.
