Sr. Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote opportunity based in the USA, Florida, Palm Coast

Salary: $92,000–$122,600 annually

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and release plans for valuation and appraisal technology products.
• Lead discovery, workflow analysis, requirements development, customer validation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate appraisal data collection, review, quality control, risk, delivery, and exception-handling workflows into scalable product capabilities.
• Define capabilities for appraisal data standards and compliance, including UAD 3.6, UCDP/EAD, MISMO/XML, validation requirements, and lender, investor, and GSE guidance.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, BSA, QA, Sales, Support, Operations, and Marketing on APIs, integrations, rules engines, structured data, automated review, AI-assisted workflows, and platform services.
• Drive legacy-to-modern migrations, manage cross-product dependencies, analyze markets and competitors, and communicate product decisions and risks to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• 5+ years of directly related product management or product development experience, preferably in valuation, appraisal, mortgage technology, real estate data, lending technology, or another regulated workflow environment.
• Experience owning complex enterprise products or workflows from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, communication, and decision-making skills in highly matrixed environments.
• Ability to discuss APIs, XML/MISMO, schemas, rules engines, integrations, cloud platforms, data flows, and architecture dependencies with technical teams.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance, identify root causes, measure outcomes, and manage risks and dependencies.

Nice to have

• Experience in appraisal, valuation, appraisal management, collateral risk, or residential mortgage technology.
• Working knowledge of UAD 3.6, UCDP/EAD, MISMO, appraisal XML, or comparable data standards and validation frameworks.
• Experience with rules engines, compliance and review platforms, automated decisioning, workflow automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, forms, or workflows into cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with API-driven products, enterprise integrations, structured data, schemas, or shared platform services.
