Health and Beauty Team Lead (Retail)

Location: Onsite at 6110 Currents Dr NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Salary: Minimum CAD 19.25 per hour

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across Health and Beauty, over-the-counter pharmacy, and Cosmetics areas.
• Provide customer service, assist with product selection, locate merchandise, and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate task completion, assign associates to coverage and availability activities, and follow up on priorities.
• Assess department presentation and execute merchandising display changes.
• Lead shift huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Develop associates through teaching, training, feedback, and identification of development opportunities.

Requirements

• Must work onsite at the Edmonton, Alberta location.
• Ability to coordinate daily retail tasks and assign associates across store areas.
• Ability to provide customer service and resolve or appropriately refer customer concerns.
• Ability to train associates, provide feedback, and support a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Commitment to following company policies and completing safety documentation.
