Site Supervisor

Location: Oakville, CA, United States; Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM. Some travel may be required.

Salary: $70,304 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for company and temporary employees within the assigned program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, and safety inspections, including OSHA compliance checks.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, supplies, and inventory.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, monthly, training, inspection, attendance, and metrics records.
• Report personnel and customer issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, plus a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with supervisor responsibilities, employee training, coaching, problem solving, and time management.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read safety and operating documents and prepare routine reports.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a driver’s license or forklift certification may be required.

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
