Manager, Private Capital Suite (Fintech)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; willingness to travel at least 10% required.

hirify.global provides financial services technology, including Private Capital Suite software for private equity fund accounting, reporting, data unification, and process automation.

What you will do

• Lead a consulting practice serving private capital and financial services clients.
• Define consulting strategy, team structure, service offerings, and market-aligned solutions.
• Oversee complex implementations and advisory engagements to ensure strong client outcomes.
• Manage forecasting, profit and loss, performance reporting, and resource utilization.
• Partner with sales, product, and relationship teams across the full sales cycle.
• Develop consulting talent and maintain client and executive relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically at least 10 years of experience with system upgrades, software implementations, private equity, and/or consulting delivery.
• Strong financial, operational, project management, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to advise and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory environments, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel at least 10%.
