Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Deep understanding of the Financial services or Asset management industry.
• Proven ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in executive-level presentation tools.
