Director, Internal Consulting (Financial Services)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; hybrid schedule with at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Advise senior executives and influence strategic decisions across individual and group forums.
• Structure and manage complex transformation programs, including oversight of delivery by other consulting team members.
• Provide expertise across operating model design, technology, data, regulatory readiness, and strategy.
• Shape and grow the Internal Consulting practice through strategic initiatives and leadership engagement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
• Ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with executive-level presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
