Financial Services Risk Consulting Associate (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; travel to assigned client locations may be required.

Salary: $66,000–$78,750 per year.

What you will do

• Support client meetings and consulting projects.
• Prepare reports on consulting services and discuss results and recommendations with clients.
• Contribute to internal audit, SOX/compliance, and financial reporting control projects.
• Analyze client information and document findings using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Complete client projects in line with timelines and critical deadlines.
• Attend relevant conferences, training, and professional meetings.

Requirements

• Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree, with expected completion by December 2026 or June 2027.
• Accounting, Finance, or Data & Analytics major preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, computer, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a team with integrity and professionalism.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to assigned client locations.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or progress toward CPA certification.
