Bilingual APJ Talent Acquisition Partner (JP & EN Required)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Develop recruitment strategies for Japan and Asian markets while accounting for local labor laws and cultural nuances.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define workforce needs and deliver hiring solutions.
• Build talent networks and pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across APJ.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events.
• Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience in an in-house recruitment role, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Native-level Japanese and English required for supporting stakeholders across the APJMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience recruiting for the technology or software industry.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
