Product Manager, Agent Platform (AI)

hirify.global provides an AI routing and infrastructure layer for developers and enterprises to access, manage, and optimize usage across open and proprietary models.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for Ori across Harness, Code, Eval, Intern, Desktop, CLI, and multi-agent deployments.
• Define target users, product strategy, competitive positioning, and investment priorities across coding, cloud, and desktop agents.
• Take new tools from waitlist and private testing through design partnerships, internal dogfooding, and general availability.
• Build model-fungibility capabilities including model switching, provider fallbacks, tool dependencies, organizational guardrails, and evaluation-driven model selection.
• Own the agent experience across installation, authentication, CLI UX, harness configuration, secrets, connections, and application interfaces.
• Translate user, tester, and enterprise feedback into the roadmap while identifying API and SDK improvements for the core platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience building developer tools, agent products, or infrastructure for technical users.
• Experience taking a product from prototype to paying users and making zero-to-one product decisions.
• Daily experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, or OpenCode, with strong opinions about agent loops, harnesses, and tool integrations.
• Strong technical judgment, including reading code, running CLIs, inspecting traces, and reasoning about tool calling, context management, evaluations, cost, latency, and model quality.
• Strong product judgment for developer tools, clear written communication, user research skills, and a bias toward action.
• Must be available to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Founder or early employee experience at a developer tools or agent company.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, agent skills or memory, evaluations, and benchmarking products.
• Experience shipping Slack apps or native desktop apps, or growing products for both developer and non-developer users.
• Existing hirify.global usage or side projects in AI tooling.
