Learning Consultant (Medicare Retention)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates will be considered nationally

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate new-hire and ongoing training programs for the Medicare retention business.
• Consult on curriculum design and development using needs analysis and evaluation methods.
• Review learning objectives and recommend improvements to training content and structure.
• Research industry trends and incorporate relevant updates into learning programs.
• Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow organizational policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of learning and development experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience with facilitation, needs analysis, root cause analysis, and identifying performance gaps.
• Data-driven learning and relationship-building skills.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Medicare Sales experience, preferably in retention.
• Experience in a healthcare or managed care setting.
