What you will do

• Assist with the design, development, and revision of curricula, lesson plans, learning objectives, presentations, and participant materials.
• Support instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, web-based, and other learning solutions.
• Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate technical information into effective learning experiences.
• Create job aids, reference guides, exercises, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Maintain course materials, support training needs analysis, and participate in quality assurance reviews.
• Assist with training delivery logistics, learner support, and continuous improvement based on feedback and evaluation results.

Requirements

• Current and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, educational technology, communications, human resources development, psychology, business, a STEM discipline, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional, internship, military, training, or teaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrated interest in instructional design, learning and development, or workforce training.

Nice to have

• Experience developing training materials or presentations through internships, academic projects, military service, or professional work.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design models such as ADDIE.
• Exposure to Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar eLearning tools.
• Experience with facilitation, teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or learning management systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as Section 508.
