Training Manager, Instructional Design

Location: Hybrid role in Westlake, Texas, or Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: USD 80,000–105,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business and learning needs, delivery methods, scope, and success measures.
• Create training plans aligned with audience needs, timing, delivery format, and business goals.
• Design blended learning programs using outlines, storyboards, prototypes, and instructional design tools.
• Develop eLearning, video, classroom, visual, graphic, and audio learning materials.
• Manage project requirements, timelines, milestones, feedback cycles, quality standards, and implementation deadlines.
• Partner with stakeholders, lead working sessions, identify risks and scope changes, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Formal education in instructional design, adult learning, learning theory, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience creating self-paced, blended, and classroom-based learning solutions.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage medium-sized projects and concurrent initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and adapting to changing business needs.
• Strong writing and editing skills, plus experience creating clear training content and visual, graphic, video, and audio assets.
• Ability to learn and use DCMS and Adobe Creative Suite; adherence to WCAG requirements and organizational quality standards.
