Account Manager - carsales Instant Offer (Automotive)

Location: Melbourne VIC, Australia; hybrid working

Company

carsales operates an online vehicle marketplace and develops Instant Offer, a quick alternative to the traditional process of selling a car.

What you will do

• Manage a national portfolio of Instant Offer dealer clients as the primary point of contact.
• Meet regularly with dealer partners to maintain program compliance and service agreements.
• Build relationships with business owners and dealer teams through meetings, reporting, and best-practice initiatives.
• Monitor partner-network performance standards and identify ways to improve results.
• Refine operational processes and resolve partner issues through to completion.

Requirements

• Demonstrated account management experience.
• Proven sales or performance management experience with a strong record of achieving KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full-time Australian working rights and successful completion of a National Police Record check are required.
