Rental Sales Agent

Location: Ballina, Australia. Onsite branch role with a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Salary: From AUD 31.11 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and uncapped sales bonuses.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for rental customers and provide friendly, professional sales and service.
• Manage rental agreements, customer inquiries, bookings, and customer data through company technology platforms.
• Tailor rental offers using the available products and vehicle fleet.
• Manage fleet-related and branch tasks while maintaining accuracy, data security, and attention to detail.
• Follow premium service standards, compliance requirements, operating protocols, and SIXT Australia values.

Requirements

• Experience and enthusiasm in sales and customer service.
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, resilience, and time-management skills.
• Computer literacy with a strong focus on detail, data integrity, and security.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday.
• Provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia are required.
• Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check.

• Sales experience in retail, vehicle dealerships, technology, insurance, or real estate.
