Salesforce QA Engineer (Public Trust) (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States only; must support US Eastern time zone working hours. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen, reside in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. Foreign locations and foreign IP addresses are blocked, and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $67,355–$114,503 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and user experiences.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and release testing.
• Support deployments, enhancements, production issue resolution, data quality, reporting accuracy, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Track defects, validate fixes, maintain QA documentation and quality metrics, and participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness activities.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and U.S. residence are required; all work must be performed in the United States.
• Current Public Trust clearance or suitability determination, or an active DoD Secret clearance, is required.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five years.
• 4+ years of hands-on systems integration experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations, Salesforce APIs, Connected Apps, service accounts, authentication, or Salesforce platform administration/development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining integration risks and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SAML, certificates, API security, integration monitoring, and error handling.
• Experience with production support, incident response, root cause analysis, and Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting.
• Experience with federal, public sector, regulated, Government Cloud, Shield, Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, or large multi-organization Salesforce environments.
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience and MuleSoft Developer or Salesforce integration certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, DevSecOps pipelines, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, and middleware platforms.
