Senior Salesforce QA Engineer (FinTech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus — hybrid schedule with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Own quality assurance for the Salesforce CRM platform supporting client onboarding, trading account lifecycles, and regulatory workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain Playwright automation frameworks for Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex-driven business logic.
• Integrate automated test suites and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Perform functional, UI, API, integration, security, and data validation testing across Salesforce, trading platforms, proprietary services, and payment gateways.
• Validate KYC, trading account, deposit, withdrawal, compliance, and multi-region regulatory workflows.
• Own release sign-off, defect traceability, root-cause analysis, mentoring, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software testing experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including objects, relationships, automation behavior, security architecture, sharing rules, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Extensive Playwright experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, applied to Salesforce Lightning UI.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions, plus familiarity with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and sandbox lifecycles.
• API testing experience with Postman, REST/SOAP, JSON payloads, HTTP status codes, error handling, and SOQL-based backend data validation.
• Experience or familiarity with financial, forex, trading, KYC/AML, or brokerage workflows.

Nice to have

• Performance or load testing experience with k6 or JMeter.
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience with tools such as BrowserStack.
• Experience integrating AI or LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or n8n into QA workflows.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or ISTQB certification.
