Inside Sales Representative (Phone Sales & Closing)

Location: Remote from South Africa, the Philippines, or Zimbabwe; working hours aligned with U.S. business hours.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-up with prospects.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotes and clearly explain pricing.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and KPI targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organization, persistence, discipline, and follow-up skills.
