About the Role

You will lead the full development lifecycle for scalable Node.js applications, from ideation through production. You will build and maintain RESTful services, optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, contribute to monolithic and microservice architectures, implement tests, debug issues, improve performance, monitor systems, and collaborate with product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Have more than five years of experience with Node.js and related frameworks
• Ideally have experience with NestJS or tRPC
• Demonstrate execution focus creativity proactivity and strong ownership
• Have experience with AWS and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Be able to design and optimize data schemas
• Understand testing and debugging methodologies
• Knowledge of fintech solution design and Domain-Driven Design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle from ideation through production
• Write clean and maintainable Node.js code using best practices
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL schemas and queries
• Contribute to monolithic and microservice architectures using clean hexagonal or layered approaches
• Implement unit tests and debug applications
• Improve and continuously monitor system performance
• Collaborate with product managers partners and other internal and external stakeholders
