Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and develop the site supply chain organization, including buyers, planners, shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.
• Manage purchasing, planning, material handling procedures, staffing, performance reviews, and career development.
• Ensure on-time availability of parts, consumables, repairs, and tooling for customer delivery commitments.
• Proactively manage material shortages and expedite critical items.
• Oversee supplier performance, contract compliance, issue resolution, and supplier development.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to resolve issues and support program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least five years of supply chain experience in electronics and/or circuit card assembly.
• Experience with pricing and delivery negotiations, MRP systems and processes, and materials management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic distribution suppliers such as Arrow, Avnet, DigiKey, Future, or TTI.
• Experience with printed circuit board suppliers.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other highly regulated electronics manufacturing.
