What you will do
- Lead supplier and commercial contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, and service agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance, capabilities, capacity, and market conditions.
- Support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
- Analyze operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance.
- Develop reporting methods, improve business processes, and support transformation and process optimization projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a related field.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements, commercial contracts, and business terms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, supplier management, analytical problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Experience with business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Knowledge of supplier performance management, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
